The cat sniffs the dead dog and said "meow". The vet said the cat agrees the dog is dead. The owner demands a 3rd opinion. So the vet gets another dog who is alive. That sniffs the dead dog and barks. That is the 3rd opinion which is the dog is dead. The owner cannot argue 3 opinions. He finally agrees to pay his bill and leave. The owner is told some ungodly high amount and of course is mad. He demands to know why his bill is so high. The vet said "Well you did ask for a cat scan and lab report"
